qs_freshline_tunnelLourdes Vega, Director of MATGAS, was recently interviewed for "Temps de Salut" on Radio 9.

In the interview Dr vega reviewed several subjects related to freezing processes (mechanical as well as more sophisticated ones) for improving the health quality of frozen food. After introducing the new Air Products QS freezing tunnel, the interview focused on the new research collaboration between Air Products and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) on cryogenic freezing. Dr Vega explained in detail this method of freezing and mentioned the related advantages, for both end users and businesses.
