Julia is a student of Food Technology at the University of Applied Sciences Fulda in Germany.

She will be working in the applications of cryogenics in the postharverst processes, together with Dr. Sonia Guri,

Technical Lead of our Centre, in order to obtain her degree next spring 2016.
