Former members
A centre that carries its people forward.
Researchers, technicians and students have passed through MATGAS on their way to positions in universities, industry and public bodies. Their work remains part of the centre's technical record.
An extended network
The centre's alumni include researchers who worked on CO2 capture, ionic liquids, supercritical fluids, gas separation, food packaging and water treatment. Some stayed in academia, others moved into industrial research, engineering or science policy.
Because many projects are collaborative, former members often remain connected to current work through their new institutions. That continuity is valuable: a method developed at the centre may be taken up years later by a partner who first encountered it here.
Keeping in touch
If you worked at MATGAS and would like to update your record or discuss a collaboration, please write to the general contact address. We are glad to hear where the work has led.
